The story behind Old Bakery Gin
We bought an old bakery in Palmers Green to convert and use as an office. During renovations and court case over the bakery’s ovena ndchimney, we discovered that original bakers made and old illicit gin.
We tracked down the original recipe which has only four botanicals and have resurrected the original brand and made it LEGAL. Each bottle is hand filled, hand labelled and wax sealed.
